Just to make sure I keep posting here is a shot of a job we built at Keene Signworx about 10 years ago. It is a total of 3" thick with 1/8"copper faces. If I remember right it was 29" tall. No visible fasteners. It was a composite of laminated layers of plywood and epoxy. Then we bonded 1/4" black pvc for a spacer then bonded the copper to that. The pvc was slightly smaller so the copper appeared to be floating, a favorite trick of ours.
